CAVA is a designation for a top sparkling wine from the Spanish region of Requena Valencia. It has been produced by the classical method since the 1960s. Cava is a mark and guarantee of quality, place of origin of grapes and production processes. Cava Mitos Brut BIO is characterized by its large bouquet, full and aromatic aroma and fruity taste, which is underlined by delicate bubbles.
